We appreciate every church, small group, family and individual Christian who has decided to partner with us in helping plant a new church for Waterloo! Christ Way Partners believe in our cause and are committed to help us fulfill our mission through their prayers, financial gifts, and even personal involvement.

Our Sending Church, Supporting Churches and You

KINGDOM INVESTMENT: Our Sending Church is Cedar Heights Baptist Church. They are supplying prayer, people, and training. They are also giving the bulk of the initial financial support. Think of CHBC as the Mother Church, sending out her Daughter Church, CWBC.

Additionally, Supporting Churches, Supporting Groups, and Supporting Individuals like you can help us with regular prayer; through reoccurring or one time monetary donations; and for some of you, by joining Christ Way Bible Church in person.

Our goal is to be financially self-sustaining by our fourth year in operation. With God’s help, we intend to decrease our dependency on outside financial support each of the first three years of our church plant.

No amount of dreaming, planning, or working will bring our vision for Christ Way Bible Church to reality unless we have others join us in prayer.

Pray diligently, pray consistently and invite others to pray with you. Pray for God to do a mighty work within Waterloo and the Cedar Valley through Christ Way Bible Church.

We are looking for individuals, families, small groups and local churches that will join us in faithfully praying for our mission To Make Disciples of Jesus with the Love of Jesus to the Glory of God.

Our Philosophy of Ministry includes a desire for fiscal nimbleness – not being bogged down by debt or large building payments, allowing us to invest in people resources (staff), discipleship initiatives and church planting.

Christ Way Bible Church is looking for Faithful, Available, Cooperative and Teachable Christians to join our Core Team.

If you are in agreement with our Statement of Faith and Church Covenant, and you live within a reasonable distance to Waterloo (or are willing to find a job in the area and relocate), then fill out our Core Team application and we will be in touch for an interview.
